Opening Ceremony Held for Online Training Series in SME’s International Management Capacity Improvement

The opening ceremony for Online Training Series in SME’s International Management Capacity Improvement and the first special training, hosted by CCPIT Department of Trade and Investment Promotion, organized by CCPIT (CCOIC) Training Center and supported by International Trade Center (ITC), was held in June 17. CCPIT Vice Chairman Zhang Shenfeng and Ashish Shah, Director of ITC Division of Country Programs, addressed the opening ceremony. More than 1500 representatives from the CCPIT system and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) attended the training.

“SMEs are a dynamic force driving national economic and social development. CCPIT fully supports SMEs in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and resuming their development, and will continue to deepen cooperation with the ITC to jointly improve the management and competitiveness of Chinese SMEs in international markets,” said Zhang Shenfeng.

Experts from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, the ITC and CCPIT Training Center gave lectures on "Trends and Countermeasures for Global Economic and Trade Development".

Consisting of 6 sessions, the series training is a concrete measure taken by CCPIT to serve the international development of SMEs, which ensures stability on the six fronts and maintains security in the six areas.
