From November 11 to 13, Zhang Shaogang, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended the fourth 2024 meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Advisory Council (ABAC) in Lima, Peru. He made a keynote speech on continuously promoting supply chain cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region and had in-depth exchanges of views with representatives from the Asia-Pacific business community on topics such as regional economic integration and sustainable development.
During his visit to Peru, Zhang Shaogang held talks with Monica Hardy whaley, President of National Center for APEC, and other representatives of ABAC. The two sides exchanged views on deepening multilateral and bilateral pragmatic cooperation. Zhang also introduced and publicized the 2nd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE).
