ICC China Commission on Arbitration and ADR

The ICC China Commission on Arbitration and ADR is closely connected with ICC arbitration and ADR Commission. The Commission is in charge of promoting ICC's rules in the field of international commercial dispute resolution, introducing ICC reports and guidelines on relevant rules, procedures and applications, recommending experts to the ICC International Arbitration Court and the ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission, participating in the working groups of the ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission, representing China to involve in the rule making, report drafting and guidelines formulating. The Commission now has around 70 members, including lawyers, inhouse counsels, arbitrators, law professors and other experts in the dispute resolution field. Mr. Shen Sibao, president of the China International Economic and Trade Law Research Association, take the chair .
