ICC China Commission on Intellectual Property

ICC China Commission on Intellectual Property was established in October 2012. The Commission is responsible for organizing its members to participate in relevant international activities of ICC Commission on Intellectual Property; cooperating with Chinese authorities to provide professional services to its members; connecting with relevant departments of Chinese ministries to participate in intellectual property standards and policy-making; cooperating with local governments and research institutions to promote the updated international intellectual property policies in China; sharing international IPR cases to improve Chinese enterprises’ IPR standard; regularly organizing training and seminar on IP management, strategies and etc.  

 

The Commission now has over 80 members encompassing enterprise of electronics, biopharmaceuticals, new materials, new energy, Internet and law firms and agencies. The Chair member of the Commission is ZTE Corporation.
