ICC China Competition Commission

ICC China established the Competition Commission on May 23, 2016. Its functions are to connect with the relevant work of ICC Competition Commission, introduce and popularize ICC rule products in China. At the same time, it recommends experts to ICC for participating in the formulation and revision of rules and regulations in related fields, and collects experts’ opinions on the domestic anti-monopoly law to reflect them to relevant domestic departments.

 

ICC China Competition Commission currently has more than 50 member companies. The chairman, executive chairman and vice-chairman of the Commission shall serve for a term of two years and have to be elected.
