An Invitation Letter for the Sixth Silk Road International Exposition and the Investment & Trade Forum for Cooperation between East & West China International Pavilion Exhibition

All relevant International organizations and enterprises:

The Sixth Silk Road International Exposition and the Investment & Trade Forum for Cooperation between East & West China (hereinafter referred to as the Sixth Silk Road International Exposition), jointly hosted by National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC), the Ministry of Commerce(MOFCOM), All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT), State Administration for Market Regulation and the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, is scheduled to be held from May 11 to May 15, 2022 in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province.

The International Pavilion of the Sixth Silk Road International Exposition is located in Hall 3, Xi’an International Convention and Exhibition Center. Having been successfully staged for five years since 2016, the event this year is designed to display the image of countries and regions along the Silk Road with investments and major cooperative projects, and to carry out exchanges on investment and bulk commodity trade. During the exhibition, an Opening Ceremony for the national pavilions of the guest countries of honor and several activities are planned to be held.

As a national chamber affiliated with CCPIT, CCOIC welcomes you to participate in the exhibition and related activities. We sincerely hope you can find opportunities of cooperative development in western China!

Guidance Notes for the Sixth Silk Road International Exposition and the Investment & Trade Forum for Cooperation between East & West China International Pavilion Exhibition

1. Basic Information on the International Pavilion

(i) Date and venue

Date: May 11-15, 2022

Venue: Hall 3, Xi’an International Convention and Exhibition Center (with an exhibition area of 10,000 square meters).

(ii) Exhibition

We mainly invite foreign trade associations to display the image of their countries as well as investments and major cooperative projects by carrying out bilateral negotiations on investment and featured product exhibition centering on interconnectivity, economic & trade cooperation, social development, cultural & educational exchanges, competitive industries, cooperative projects, etc.

(iii) Form

All exhibitors shall participate in the exhibition in the form of special booth (36m² and above). The booth is free of charge, but its setup is at the expense of respective exhibitors.
