On February 28, the Talkfest on Commercial Legal Services for Listed Companies and Enterprises to be Listed in Nanchang was held in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi province in southeastern China. Yu Jianlong, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended and addressed the event.
According to Yu, the effective operation of listed companies and the development of rule of law promote and support each other. He expressed the hope that listed companies can scale up intellectual property rights protection, build capacity for compliance management, efficiently resolve disputes through amicable means, and pursue high-quality development by relying on commercial legal services provided. With a long history of legal services and an internationalized team of commercial legal service personnel, the CCPIT will further strengthen its service network for businesses and expand its international circle of friends to provide quality commercial legal services for Chinese and foreign enterprises.
The signing ceremony of letters of intent for participating in the second China International Supply Chain Expo was held by the CCPIT during the event. Four representative enterprises of Jiangxi province signed agreements with the expo organizer China International Exhibition Center Group Limited.
