China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Vice Chairman Zhang Shenfeng attended the Seminar on China-UAE Economic and Trade Cooperation in Dubai on October 30.
“I hope China and UAE will further improve two-way investment and trade, tap the potential of bilateral economy and trade cooperation, and take the Expo 2020 Dubai as an opportunity to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results,” said Zhang.
Chinese Consul-General in Dubai Li Xuhang, UAE Ministry of Economy Under-Secretary Abdulla Alsaleh, Dubai “Hala China” Executive Committee Chairman Prince Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, and Vice-President of International Relations of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hassan Al Hashemi attended and addressed the seminar.
At the seminar, Economic and Commercial Counselor Zhou Chunlin of China’s Embassy in UAE introduced China’s investment in UAE; representatives from Sinotrans Limited, Emaar, and CCPIT sub-councils in Shandong, Yunnan, Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces delivered speeches on China-UAE cooperation; officials from Dubai Expo 2020 Bureau and CCPIT promoted Expo 2020 Dubai and the China Pavilion.
